need to keep this staff to handle ongoing credit balance

SOLUTION:

identification and root-cause categorization of the health system's credit
backlog. In addition, the solution proactively flagged, categorized, and
offered recommended resolution for new credit balance accounts on a daily
basis.

credit analysts with the account level detail needed to more effectively research
and resolve credit balance accounts, resulting in an increase in staff productivity.
